Im getting stalked and defamed
I've been defamed thrice in the past three days while afk in Ardent. It's been the same person (igns are nearly the same) who's apparently going through great means to track me down, even if I choose to sit in a different channel than the one I usually do.
The igns that I'm aware of so far are: HoldMyIsh2, HoldMyIsh4, HoldMyIsh15
There may have been more defames. I do not know for sure because a lot of my guildies fame me randomly as well.
I have done nothing in the past months that I know of which might have provoked such behavior. Recently I have been afk over half the time, and the times I'm alive I generally interact with a very small group of people. I do not recognize these igns and neither will this person come out to address me directly.
It's kind of annoying not being able to just sit in a random channel without being disturbed. If anyone has information about these igns please let me know.
And if you are the actual person can you please just tell me why you hate me so much. I can't really stop you from defaming but at least offer me an explanation?

Sadly it happens quite a lot.
I remember once I was sitting in Ardentmill, and my friend was faming me with her characters since I was going for the Celebrity Medal at the time, and at the same time someone was defaming me with a bunch of their characters (all the characters were in the same guild). I didn't even do anything.
If you see yourself being mass defamed, it's best to just leave that map and go to one that isn't as easily accessible.
My Soulution: afk in cash shop.

People are just mean and bored. They defame you for the fun of it, most likely. My sister has been repetitively defame, and she has not played for awhile. She only afks and trains sometimes.
Maybe they begged for money when you were afk and since you didn't reply they got mad.

This. The account has no trades, no screenshots, no posts on any other threads, no videos, no likes besides this post, and no wishlist. This is a brand new account that was just made today by some random no life troll that wants to upset the thread starter.

Make him work for his defames. Afk in like a place (any maps in ToT) that requires them getting to.

Well, my intent is to get out of their line of sight. Can't defame me if they can't see me, right? An example would be the Aliens Corridor 6. Tons of space, nowhere to hide, you're thinking. Would it surprise you to learn that Evans and Kannas can hide on the ceiling? The very roof of the map is able to be teleported into. For Kannas, they just have to teleport up. For Evans, they have to Blink around until they get there.

I just move to HoH and afk if stuff like that happens
@OhHaiDurrrr: Magatia, house all the way to the right. Evan can teleport in though, I've realized. But I've gone to afk there for fun sometimes.
@iGotPlayed id feel so sry for someone if they have to like go deep into the dead mine just to avoid defames in order to afk in peace i thought cs's nice idea except for the risk of getting dc-ed when exiting cs, which i think just happens to me >.<

OT: I agree with the person who said it may be your ign. It's easy to imagine someone having a beef against that name lol. If you're stalker is female and you still wanna afk without anyone bothering you, go deep into the Showa spa and afk in the map were the red slimes are. I used to do that to avoid this one crazy person . Also it isn't a good idea to afk on a map easily accessible by anyone from almost every town in Maplestory if you don't wanna be disturbed by this person. Make him/her work for it if he wants to get to you. I doubt anyone would be willing to bring their 748762586904587 mules to you just because unless you really did something nasteh to piss that person off.

i think u can reach those in some stages of ludi pq maps. also remember there's this attic kind of thing on the ticket place outside kerning mall, its like this gap thing where u can see ur own yellow dot in the minimap but not rly ur char on the screen.

dont worry i set up a shop in fm one (fm 20 somthing) and i was defamed 12 times by the same guy who set there shop up next to me

There doesn't appear to be a limit to how far kanna's controlled teleport can reach.

if there are indeed 16, then there will be 13 more defames waiting for you
probably its safe to just afk in town since they probably won't bother travelling to a diff town.

Evans can also randomly teleport.
Through my investigation (20 seconds on rankings search) it appears it is indeed HoLdMyish, all cannoneers about level 30. As well, it's not only just the ones you listed, it appears to go all the way from 1-16 (HoldMyIsh1-HoldMyIsh16).

I once got over 30 defames in around an hour because of this guild "BlackSquad", they're a bunch of people acting like black guys (some of them may be black) and I was joking around with one of the members and they took me seriously then mass defamed me, it was so funny. Their characters just kept coming, it was pretty crazy.
Seeing your kaiser's ign, Might be a reason. My opinion though.
Only suggestion would be don't AFK in a channel, instead, you can wait in the Cash shop, and then pop back out when you're no longer AFK.
Otherwise, you will have to find a spot that most people can't get to. EX: a high ledge that a non-AB/Kaiser can't reach/see, or a basement of a house that only Kannas can reach.
