To whoever stated that Maple only has 600 players at peak playing times according to Steam. That is only people who play through Steam. If you go look at the online population of the servers, at peak times it is several thousand, with Scania, Bera and Windia usually having more than 1000 players each

The only arguement I could say that would support the abusers would be through the market aspect. When this patch first came out, there were a few people doing these quests and selling the cubes. I'd only support the fact that some market victims wouldn't deserve a ban due to such an early introduction. It was actually plausible that the cubes were being farmed legitly. Of course, that idea was thrown out the window when the cubes were restocked every 4 hours.
OT: You have no idea how this market works lol. The market's crashed because more and more people don't know what to do, and they just start undercutting each other.
I wouldn't care if everyone could kill CRA if there was a sufficient amount of items that you could still sell. Of course, with things like marvel, the market gets shot because more noobs obtain items that are originally worth a lot, and they sell at more than a 65% discount. There's a reason why they don't get far in maple, it's cause they don't know what to do. Now how does this affect the glitch? If every noob's suddenly hitting 800k range, they can take CRA down, and they can crash the market.
Of course, this doesn't matter. I'm probably gonna get called some mad noob anyways.
I won't call myself self-righteous, i don't care whether or not you guys get banned. Just don't give a whiny fit when / if you do.

As far as rollbacks go, there doesn't need to be one. Nexon could just slowly go through each account and hand out punishment like they have in the past. Not saying they will but they could.

Yeah, right! like unique potential scrolls go on trees. The rate of epic --> unique is only DOUBLE the rate of unique --> legendary, meaning that legendary isn't much harder to achieve.

first, they can extend attendance ONE DAY, second, not everyone is saying they should be PERMANENTLY wiped from the game, but a fortnight long ban/hellban and a warning that the next offense will be PERMANENT, and that they will be on probation for a month, If they are so much as REPORTED for something, they'll go straight back to being hellbanned for ANOTHER fortnight, they break probation 3 times, and theyre royally screwed

There's actually a reverse side to this that most people just don't seem to realize: if they buckled down and actually handled these sort of issues properly, I'm willing to bet many players would actually return to the game. They've lost tons of good, honest, and hard working players just because they continue to let these sort of issues go on with nothing more than a slap on the wrist.

As well, if anyone remembers when nebs, AEE's, and unique pots were duped they didnt remove them. I'm living proof of that, since when that happened i bought a bunch of nebs and unique pots and well, i used the unique pots and still have the nebs on my equipment, which is tradable. Sooo yea...

Your reasoning is flawed. While I don't think perma ban is just punishment a little time off to think about abusing exploits and bugs would do them some good. You need to think of it in terms of real items such as selling fake designer clothes. It's against the rules and deserves punishment like all other glitch/exploit abusers get,

I'd agree hell banning is usually pretty rough on the economy itself but. ALL of the people getting hell banned and perm would be catastrophic. The only thing that really came useful from the glitch even was people who used all the 100% pot's on stuff like clean RA gear. Those cubes are awful they are just re skinned occult cubes which is why they even downgraded equipment for a while.

Its because they abused an exploit, they knew it and thats against the rules. Nexon has the right to perma ban and I don't blame them
