Missing one ring
Right now I'm using
Superior (perfect scrolled 21% luk
Reinforced (perfect scrolled 21% luk)
Solid (perfect scrolled 18% luk)
*Grand Adventurer (needs to be swapped out)
Should I just buy a 15-21% luk cracked ring? or is the best combo to throw an LGR in there?

This, seriously. LGRs are not that good except for the +12att buff, you could do so much more with 20b.
Id personally get a scarlet ring or a cracked gollux.
Id go scarlet, good alternative to a 2ndary pendant slot if u cant afford one.
Id go gollux if it doesnt matter and u have a perm 2ndary or money isnt an issue.

It's better to replace the Cracked ring because LGR offers an attack buff and you can also scroll/potential it as you can with a Cracked Ring. Though having a Cracked Ring is not a bad choice either as cheaper alternative for a bit of a loss.

Is now a good time to buy an LGR? I noticed the price dropped from 30b to 20b, unsure whether it will drop more.
LGR is the best, but not really worth the price unless you can afford it. A cracked ring or even tempest ring with decent %luk would be fine.
LGR would be your best bet imo

LGR best combo or you could use a Scarlet. Personally I didn't bother and kept the Grand Adventurer to have 100% critical chance
