Night Lord hits a little faster with their specialized skill, and have more damage over time.
A Shadower's combos have more general damage potential, even though a Night Lord should be overall better for bossing.
NL def for damage. I have all three thiefs 130+ and NL is def the strongest. Shad feels slow to me and i prefer DB out of all because i think it has the most fun playing style.
Right now im in the process of making a phantom.
Er, damage in general is Shadower but bossing potential I'd say Night Lord.
I would go with NL. Honestly shadower feels extremely slow to me. I switched from NL > DB> Shad and out of the three I prefer DB. My dojo time went from 7mins as a DB to 10 as a shadower. 50b would be more than enough for your NL to do better than shad.

Just pick one, you obviously have enough money to afford a job change if you don't like the one you chose
