I saw a Trueshot in the fm in Scania. I probably have to leave an offer.
Here are the stats:
Legendary: 30% boss dmg, 9% atck, 9% atck, 9% atck, 6% atck, 5% mp, nebulite 25% boss dmg.
What should I offer him?

for a secondary on a class that's not ridiculously abundant I'd probably assume its anywhere between 6-10b. It's hard to sell secondaries. Of course I'm basing it off my world, but I never seen a secondary sell for 25b (even Ereve Brilliances)

25b sounds like way too much to me, but I'm not familiar with Scania's prices
