Add 42% from Blast buff w/ combat orders - 47%
Add 20% Blast crit hyper - 67%
Add 10% hyper skill - 77%
Add 15% Phantom lvl 2 link - 92%
Add 10% DSE - 102%

Back before I switched to hero (2 months back) I had 100% with blast without the MM card, BT link, nor BT ring. I don't think I had crit on any equips o.o o.o

Ahh, okay, that's what I thought.

If you max blast and get the hyper skill, your critical rate for blast will be 90% with a level 2 phantom link skill. For other skills, it is low.
