It's highly recommended to just get a CRA top... it should be 50-100m or even less, I don't know prices anymore since I quit.
Against bosses, the 30% boss/50 atk 4set effect would beat the 18% str by far, and with 1b you can get the full CRA set and still have money remaining, instead of spending it all on one 18% str item.
