Not keystone, that's no longer needed, what the quest gives is Map of Phantom Forest, which allows you to use certain shortcuts, that's what @hangwithhung is referring to.
But you're right that the Map is not needed to access those maps, it's just to get to the valley of heroes faster.
@09080706l: i always thot that the mark of heroism allowed you to access the wooden post which ported you into the map w. bigfoot. not sure which one it was tho.

@GottStatue CWKPQ is available. The requirements are the same as first introduced: Level 90+, 2 of each class for entry. As far as I'm concerned, Guild PQ has been up and running since the guild revamp but nobody ever does it, so whether it functions or not nobody knows. Though I hope to give that a shot some time next week.
@GottStatue: yeah, i think so. and also there is a guild PQ, but idek how to get to it. my guild tried it a few years ago but it was weird and we glitched out or someone got d/cd or something so we never tried it again LOL

Those hiddenstreets are accessible regardless of the quest completed or not.

Did they change NLC so you cant get to Crimson wood keep? Is Crimson PQ still available? For that pendant?
He'll be in one of the hidden streets, not sure which one.
