How to Upgrade Empress to Sweetvvater
Well. Since noone else wants to ask, and I know I'm not the only one out there who needs to know the info.
How do I upgrade my Empress set to the Sweetvvater set?

really? cus i tried that and nothing, i had my emp overall and a SW suit on my inventory (my overall has 0 slots and had pot revealed) am i missing something?
@lazershock: Oh well that's good to know. Now I just need to figure out if anvils keep when transposed.

I heard the NPC was glitched.
He does nothing when you click on him.
@Blackest: Nope, you need the Sweetvvater hat and the Empress hat. The Commerci equips are not related to upgrading. It just takes some of the stats from your emp hat and transfers it to your sweetvvater hat
You have to bring the guy in commerci a Sweetvvater equip AND the corresponding empress equip. He pretty much fuses them

I read the update notes and I can't seem to make sense of it.
If I brought a Commerci Hat and Empress Hat to him, he'd turn it into Sweetvvater?
Read patch notes......That's what they are there for.
