@TrueAtheist I still lift weights every now and then just for the laughs and giggles with friends, but i have limited it to only shoulder pressing and benching though. Almost everything in bodyweight workout comes back to the shoulders one way or another, trust me. The muscles-ups took about a month, but i had good pulling strength to start with. Lol not going to lie, but muscle-ups were actually the easiest thing in that video. The bent arm planche was probably five times harder.
Damn man can't wait to see where you're at in a couple years, keep us posted with your vids!

@hosrack Nice I was wondering if you ever weight lifted in the past. Do you think you'll ever go back to weight lifting? Also I gotta give you props on the muscle-ups not a lot of people can do those, how long did they take you to learn?

@SuberKieran Thank you so much! I have never actually tried to do more pull ups or pushups and stuff. I think if you try to learn some strength holds, your strength will increase significantly, and your pull ups, for example, will increase faster than you ever expected. I went from doing 5 pull ups to 20 pull ups just from learning to do a front lever. Look up Front lever, backlever, and planche.

@TrueAtheist lol. Yes, when i first started, i had massive shoulder/elbow joint pain for a week as well as massive headaches, feeling dizzy, and popped eye vessels and eye pain. But that all went away after couple weeks as your body gets stronger and adapts under the pressure.

@Ipoopster Well ive been practicing bodyweight stuff for about two months now. But before that, I have been weight lifting for 3 years; i can bench 225, deadlift 365 etc easily.

He's 6'0 180 lbs, I would hardly call that little.

OT: Very impressive man, especially considering you're only 18. Keep up the great work. I'm not really a fan of bodyweight exercises but you make it look fun and it really shows in your physique. Ever had any joint problems with this type of training?

You're a troll (a really bad troll, if anything). I dare you to say that he's "skimpy af" and "all you are doing is balancing... By watching this video, a senseless person would be able to figure out that the skills performed require both strength and balance. If it's jealousy because you're weak af, then just realize it's yourself that can't solve anything. If you're just being a goddamn troll, then just step off because no one's even going to attempt to play your game.

You're a beast
Somewhat relevant I don't think I'm anywhere near as good in my respective field of training, but I'll get there. Also any tips for increasing reps on my pullups and dips?
