Optimum online rekt me
Optimum Online is my ISP.
My IP was changed yesterday (not notified, found out by myself).
My IP went from 24.188.xx.xx (forgot) to 104.xxx.xxx (censored )
The new IP I have is banned from MapleStory.
14 day mushie going to waste. Meso is rotting... GG
Optimum won't change my IP (asked them) and Nexon probably won't release my IP

I will admit NX banned me from purchasing NX through paypal on the site, I sent them an email stating that my account was hacked and I would like to be able to purchase again
took them a few months to finally respond. I would see if you can get your IP changed, I think you would have better luck there, or at least quicker

Go into router, release and renew.
It depends on the ISP what kinda IP you get though, sometimes it's assigned, sometimes not.

Can't you manually change your IP?
I wonder why they changed it in the first place and then refusing to change it again. You should ask them why they did that
why is the new IP banned?
