Not doing well these days

Flucking my exams, hating my major although I'm almost done, eating unhealthy, barely working out, trainer wondering where the heck I am for being absent a month, not motivated to look for a new job and internship, sitting all day inside behind computer or ps4, not socializing alot, losing contacts with people that I find important. Aka being a useless bumm.

At least I work alot these days with a decent pay (sadly in a fastfood restaurant), got my driver liscense and my new pet tortoise to have company with.

So hows everyone else doing.

I feel betrayed. In agony. In despair. I have been skipping school recently. I don't care about my grades nor future anymore. I have this constant pain in my chest that have been growing over time and can't get over it. I feel like cutting the crap out of my veins. I want to choke myself to dead. I have been crying myself to sleep. I have been working out to distract myself, this is the only time I have besides when I sleep that I don't think about ending my life. I have been drinking some shots late at night and start cursing every damn thing. I feel pathetic. I just, I just want to die.

@ILikeAnime: I sadly have no experience with tortoises but being the owner of a bearded dragon (and after roaming around forums for that as well) I've come across way too many reports of people not taking care of their pets. I've seen terrible cases of MBD (Metabolic Bone Disease, I assume Tortoises can get that as well), terribly misshaped jaws, broken limps, zig-zag spines.... I just got a little concerned is all.
I know how that worry is though, our Beardie is also really picky. It took me a while to introduce him to his first veggie (Kale), when I saw him eat it by himself for the first time I was SHOCKED (and bursting with excitement), he hasn't eaten anything himself since. Just the last few days I had him take a piece of Romaine (sadly no nutritional value but I wanted to give him some variety) and carrot out of my hand. I thiiiiiiiiink he even picked up a piece of cucumber.
I'd personally suggest try to not give your lil guy non-nutritional veggies for now and only offer stuff he really needs, he'll eventually eat it out of hunger most likely and get a liking to it.
I had a terrible time the first 2-3 weeks when we first got our beardie (he was about 6-7 inches at the time including tail so prob around 3 inch body xD) cause he'd refuse food entirely the whole time. I had to trick him into eating (they lick their noses when they're wet so I'd drip mashed banana or baby food squash on his nose) or force him. I had some weird ways of doing that though (like squishing a cricket so the gut would hang out and put the guts on his nose so he'd lick the moisture off and drag the cricket in his mouth with it :x lmfao... that worked for a few days actually).
Even now though (he's 19 inches now but not even 1 year yet :o) he's not big of an eater. Don't worry too much about your lil buddy, I know it's stressful but as long as he's acting normal he's fine, that you'll get him to a vet definitely helps too (we never took ours to the vet since he seemed fine, he poops every day so his digestion is doing great plus he grows like 1-2 inches a month so we can't complain xD got him for 5 months and he grew like 12 inches since then ).
How fast do tortoises grow? until you take him to the vet just keep a close watch and he'll be okay, at least you care about his wellbeing yanno so you're a really responsible owner that's more than a lot of tortoises have to begin with :x

@Ecarina Thanks, good luck with your life as well! You sound like a very nice person!
@Nashi I did toooons of research before I bought my tortoise and still still 24/7 busy with providing the best care and rooming around on tortoise forum. And believe me, I can barely leave my house without getting overworried about my tortoise. My tortoise seems to behave like a normal juvenline: eats, poops, pees, napping, climbing, rooming, soaking etc. The only issue is that he is a picky eater. Really likes spring mix and endive, but doesn't like the weeds and plants that I give him that has important nutrition value. This month I'm gonna take him to a vet for a medical check and perhaps some advise. If you happend to have some helpfull tips in taking care of a 1 year old russian tortoise I would appreciate it.

I did badly in my first year of college so I've spent the past year and 2 months of my summer trying to make up for it. So far I've done a pretty good job but that's about it, I don't really exercise and I'm worried that I don't have any meaningful hobbies. I haven't touched my violin in the past year, I can't even focus on TV shows because my attention span is just that short, and I can't think of a 3rd thing to complain about. Ugh, look at that sentence, what a disappointing ending.
Good luck with your life, at least you have a tortoise!

I've been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and I'm tired all of the time so I've been lounging around. I did badly one semester and I'm trying to transfer. I guess that will ruin everything.

Thanks mate. I'm pretty sure things will get better when I'm done with my last exam tomorrow. My tortoise is making me overworried though. 24/7 I'm surfing the web looking for information in taking care for a pet tortoise. I can't leave my house without worrying about my tortoise doing something stupid, like flipping over in his drinking bowl or flipping over under the heat light. But I'm still glad that I have her!

People jump head first into situation without know what is required. I kinda feel bad for you. Wanting that belong.
Not even know what it takes. Wasting all that opportunity. Only to be broken and lost.
I can only speak for myself when I say you make your life what it is.

Im kinda in a rut myself rightnow, just finished school and have just been sitting around the house all day...

I start working full-time next week though and I honestly couldn't be more excited.

My advice for you is to just start fixing your problems. You hate your major? Drop it, if you hate it now you'll hate it later. Eatting unhealthy? Start eatting healthy, you know how. The reason you havent been working out is because you dont like to workout. Go for a walk instead, walking is one of the most effective ways to stay in shape. Once you start fixing these problems, you will have more confidence which inturn will give you more motivation to go out and be social and find that job you love.
