Anyone else miss the old Aran?
I know this thread is a year late but recently i've been missing my Aran a lot. Since Nexon "revamped" them and changed their play style I feel like they're not the same. I enjoyed having to combo the way we did ( Attack + Attack + Attack + Down + Attack) and how it was when they added hypers for us. I enjoyed that so much and now I log onto my Aran and I can't stand playing it. Anyone else feel the same? ;~;

I miss it because that was the gameplay I enjoyed for the class. And for the game in general, really. With the change, there's very little appeal outside of my Aran being my highest leveled character/most geared up.

I can't get hang of the new Aran at all. It just feels wrong.

Tbh, I really liked that change. I was sick of spamming OS and being weak.
But we can now combo something at least (FB+BB) which is pretty fun IMO.
The only thing I miss about my Aran is his juicy damage. Ya dig?

OS is good for regaining HP, since its faster than FBBB and more reliable than FT. Plus on mobs that stun you OS won't stop.

I miss it and don't, nice to have freedom but I feel they could of done both freedom and chaining everything together. So say that we can spam anything we want, as in OS chain or FB or BB chain, but at the same time we can link stuff after other things, so like FBBB or OSFB or OSBB or OSFBBB, and that would do way more damage with each move its chained into.

I feel the same way and so do quite a few others. As much as it stinks however, we have to admit that the past is the past and there's not much we can do about it. We can cross our fingers and hope it comes back but some people may flip out over even more change. o.o
