your ranking can go up when nexon bans ppl/hackers o-o
Isn't it the Weekly/Monthly exp gain ranks? Not Fame rankings. If a person has no exp gain on any of the characters on their account for that week/month, it will group all their characters together.

How can you tell if a new character belongs to a scammer by looking at the Fame Rankings?
