I was wondering if selling this would give me enough meso for some better gears. My friend advise against it saying it would be hard to acquire these potential again.

I guess i will keep it. I had no idea % attack became so valuable, since i just recently came back to MS.
lol unless you're cashing out of the game, you should keep it. that potential is probably the best possible (excluding bpot)
Keep it, work on bonus potential and put a Boss Nebulite on it. That is a beautiful shield, I would be so happy to have it, It makes me regret selling mine even more.
Keep that dragon khanjar, you're going to end up needing a new one and I guarantee you that you won't get those lines ever again without spending multiple hundreds on NX.
What's the point of selling that if you're just going to be using the money towards thief equips and another dkhanjar? o.o

I can't give a price but I am with your friend on that one. 3 lines of attack, 2 of them being highest tier (12%) is a pot that you will probably never get again without spending hundreds of dollars worth of cubes. I'd keep that
