This. Prices spiked because of all of the new Night Walkers. Now that the hype has died down the prices are dropping. 2x alone does not drop the price that much for one specific weapon like that. Not many people can kill cvellum in each server, and those that can usually have a ton of %drop and loot mules anyway, so 2x only increases their supply by a little bit.

Nice I paid 1.5b for mine last week.

@RimKii bera and windia prices are about the same.
Both are 900 to 1bil.
