@jeshurocks Most don't need to recube though, because the max is still legendary. What changed is any equip over level 151 now has higher stats at rare/epic/unique/legendary than all other equips. Just like how you can get better potential on a level 80 top, than you would on a level 40 top.
So until they release Commerci, which has the new level 160 equips, the only items that actually benefit from the new tier right now are Ele Staffs, Terminus weapons and a select few accessories. Everything else is level 150 or below.
I would probably just cube the level 160 face and eye accessories if they're not too hard to get.

Hell no, I would not recube. Also, It's for those lv160 set equips, closing up the gap between poor and funded, so its pretty fair, As a person who has RA and tyrants, I wouldn't mind people getting a new high tier on their lv160 set.
You people need to stop confusing RANK with TIER.
It's not a new tier at all. It's just fourth tier brought back and bumped up higher in level scale.
RANKS: rare, epic, unique, legendary
Tiers are based on level and decide what you get per rank.
Also, people with 150 set (currently since they're beyond the poor's reach) are not upgrading to 160 set.
160 set is for the unfunded. Thus your tiers are going to give more stat. Get it? You use free cubes and as a result can get more %stat per line on your free gears.
