Nexon doesn't owe its players anything if people exploited methods to bypass a one-of-a-kind restriction on pendant of spirit items, which give them a leveling advantage (even if it is a slight one). They did not need to announce to people that wearing 2 pendants was against the rules, since you weren't supposed to be able to equip 2 in the first place. Trying to equip 2 of them normally even before this patch and it would not let you do so, saying something like "you can't equip 2 experience items" or something. The fact that they patched the exploit to equip 2 should have made it clear enough that wearing 2 pendant of spirit items was prohibited.

Nexon doesn't need to warn people about breaking the rules since they assume that we know them, and banning people for it is also more effective at putting people in line than warning people.

Got banned at 7:45 AM PST, I was training and farming elites with my 167 kanna at Henesys ruins, dced, and got banned. Just in time for 2xp and 2x drop this weekend T-T(was so ready..)

Edit: This was in Bera btw.

Both incorrect. There was never anything implemented to remedy the exp boost from having never taken off the dual pendants post-game update. That's a blatant error made by Nexon. Banning for lack of action is completely different from banning for active usage of hacks/ illicit programs- at the very least, Nexon owes it to users to formally state that such is the case prior to inflicting penalty.
