Best topic to research and debate on?
Hi guys.
For my writing class I need to choose a topic that's researchable and debatable. Which of these is worth researching and writing about for an entire semester in your opinion:
1. Equal Pay and Compensation Discrimination
2. Corporate Social Responsibility or Corporate Crime
3. Currency Manipulation
4. Immigration

Psh I totally would man I would be all over that topic, but I'm limited to a topic that relates to my major which is accounting. Hey maybe I can account all the movements they have lel
Seeing as you are a business major you could definitely find something in the current mass "immigration" going on in Europe right now. How the millions of refugees will affect the continent from an economic pov? I'm just guessing here.
Are those the only 4 topics you're limited to? If so, I would go with #4. I just saw that I have to include a topic of something pertaining to my major or future career.. and issues regarding technology or education.. i'm a business major, so I'd say immigration is kind of off the table? I don't know guys, I would personally be most interested in corporate social repsonsibility/crimes. You could get all Illuminati with conspiracy theories and stuff. Subliminal advertising, under-the-table endorsements, hidden agendas. Sounds great to me.
Yeah, there's gonna be a crap ton of stuff about immigration. Easy path.

but seriously, immigration is probably the easiest to do research and debate i guess. debate whether it's actually good or bad for the US, idk. it'll probably be the most popular topic in your class tho
