does Si affect Snipe or Not?

So yesterday i went and cubed my gloves for decent SI, ive sorta just been testing it out and it really doesn't seem to make a difference. Has anyone else tried this? and am I just seeing it wrong and it does help? Any thought or opinions would be nice. Also this is for No CD snipe
i have si on my 2nd glove too, uhm i got a question.
i do max dmg with snipe and with US.
Which one would be better to use on bosses? US 8 hit , or Snipe 10 hit ? ( both with speed infusion )
i'm asking because US is faster, but Snipe does more lines.

So my actual question goes: Which one does more DPS/DPM both with max damage and speed infusion o.o?
US is better until unlimited
because it's faster and 2 hit's isnt gonna make a difference
Why do you assume that a shorter delay trumps higher hits automatically without knowing exactly how much faster the skill is?
Does speed increases affect Snipe and UI differently or is it the same for both?
Same for both, since they both refer to the same action (the one found in normal attack that displays the motion afterimage). As does all of their other projectile skills except for Pierce. Also, if different actions share the same delay, then speed increases should affect both equally as well (if they're affected by speed increases in the first place), since they should both work on the same delay formula

It should make a difference, unless you're already at fastest(2) for some reason.
