This event is getting me crazy... The 250-300 treasures you can get per hour is really painful.

It was tested by someone in basil. Even though I doubt it, He claims he used 10 slates per slot, which makes sense since it becomes 11%.

People who cube a lot do get more than enough stamps they can use in their whole life... That's the reason I RAGE when I got ONE pot stamp from the hot time gift... Seriously, people still wants to argue that I should be thankful for ONE pot stamp, because apparently it's very useful for them... As if 5 meister cubes or the perma accessories aren't a lot better than ONE pot stamp...

It takes like 100 of those 1% clean slates to clean 1 slot, I guess no thanks. I rather use that luck on something better.

It does actually work.

The 1%s work significantly more often with the lucky day scrolls. If you try using them with potential scrolls, you'll notice that even after you apply the potential scroll, the lucky day symbol stays on the item. This is not so with CSS (I've tried with both 1% and 10%). Diligence however does not work, and from anecdotal evidence, I'd like to say guild success does not either.

Lucky day scrolls also work with spell trace.

I farmed the treasure map clues during 2x events and got around 500 an hour. The actually collecting takes me about an hour to get through 250-300 clues. Soooo...a lot of time ;-;

I believe I heard somewhere lucky day scrolls actually work on clean slates.

I'm too lazy and busy to farm, unfortunately. These events always seem to come during times where I'm completely burned out on maple.

There is no 100% pot. The 3L pot stamp is something I already have from cube fragments; the bonus pot extra line stamps I already have from old cube packages/marvel. The clean slates are 1%! So the around 300 clean slates I have here will save me about 120m. What I mean by "worthwhile" is time spent vs. value returned. 120m over the many hours I spent hunting is not worthwhile. The anniversary scrolls are decent and I have indeed been using them on hearts, but without the lucky day scrolls, I probably still wouldn't consider the time well spent. The lucky day scrolls will save me billions.
