After viewing a 3D function regarding m.att, total damage, and INT, I have reached the conclusion that whatever you have the least (m.att / total damage) you better off investing on IT.
@Mirabosh: only way to have 80% Ignore is if you've been investing in many sources of %Ignore already. ofc adding another source won't be much. I have ~76% but that's with Lvl 100 Ambition, 21% Ignore Neb, 18% Ignore Neb, Leafre Set, Lumi Lvl 2, Zero Lvl 5, 5% Ignore Title, 20% AA. I'd say that's a lot.

This^ Except the Boss+total part, I'm pretty sure since unleashed % total and % boss aren't additive anymore. People just go for % m.atk because most classes already have % damage skills. As for the % ignore... I'm pretty sure % boss would always win except for cvellum and MAYBE CPB... it's just so easy to reach 80% ignore pdr or more nowadays. On a 70% pdr boss with 80% ignore... an extra 21% neb would give you a whopping 3.4% damage increase, which is even worse than a 4% m.atk neb (assuming you have no other sources...)

Well let's see. If you've got about 1,000 Magic Attack your Magic Attack would go up 40. That's about a 20k added range with that amount I'd believe. However, with 1,000 magic attack you'd have a good 350k-ish range, so with the 25% boss damage you'd have pretty much 80k more range.

Add your %total damage and %boss together
If that number exceeds 300%, then 5% m.atk would be more or less equivalent to 20% boss
Go for the boss neb, cube your secondary/shield for %Boss and save the bonus pot for %M.Att. unless you exceed 200% boss before that.
In general, 3% m.att is far inferior to 25% boss dmg. In like 99% of cases.
Im also assuming you're asking this question because you boss. I say, just neb the 25% boss, and cube for % m.att.
