What does my friend mean? Plz help me interpret her txt?

I'm starting work tomorrow, and I usually work in a building where there's a company parking area.
But I'm starting a job in the middle of town tomorrow so I asked my coworker how to find parking.

She replies with "The meters"

So then I ask if you put enough for the whole work shift at the beginning of the day or not,
and she sends back, "Just watch your car"

Does this mean she expects me to keep running in and out of the store to add to the meter clock while we work?
Or is there a different meaning?
Sorry, I'm not familiar with working in a small store, so this is different from what I'm used to.
Btw you could've just asked her what she meant like a normal person.
That's so crazy it just might work.

Yes, she's saying watch your car -- as in feeding the meter every time it's going to run out. As in, don't pay for the whole day.

Reading is really hard I guess?

Btw you could've just asked her what she meant like a normal person.

Socializing is really hard I guess?
she might have misunderstood your question? because that makes no sense to me. or she might be implying that you don't have to pay at all as long as you don't end up getting a ticket lmao
Yeah, that's what I inferred from her message as well.

I hate it when she texts like this, but I can't complain since she's the one who asked me for this job -__-
