I got 29% crit once after thousands of rolls, then i accidently didn't lock it and lost it, took me another thousand or so to see it again, got 30% crit forever keeping. It's only a matter of farming honor exp and getting lucky one day with patience, good luck

Mmm first time I got it without circs then I re-rolled it for a dumb reason and it took all my honor and 6 circs.

My phantom has crit think its legendary like 29% (gets me to 100%)

I had 23% crit on my nl before I attempted a 300-400k honor exp run in hopes of turning legendary... I went from unique to rare

Used over 500 circulators and well over 300k inner ability points and have not seen it.

I've gotten crit multiple times and I haven't even reset that much. Didn't even need it though...

I don't think I've seen it on rare lines.
but with epic, unique, and legendary, it should be 10%, 20%, and 30% assuming nothing has changed in the last 9 months or so...
I rolled a 10% on a link mule with epic rank at some point in time.
20% on unique, a friend has.
30% on legendary I currently use with my demon slayer. not the most favored line for a DS, but it does the job...

theres also variations where you get a few % short of those max values. but I have no idea what the explanation is for it.
I've personally seen variations for buff duration for instance, but haven't for crit.

I have 20% crit on my legendary inner ability, and I had it on the 3rd line. Then I rerolled and it moved up to the second line and I got max mp +170 on my 3rd line. </3

@looniemunki: About 3 months ago. Didn't actually know it was rare though.

I believe it only appears at unique and leg, and has around a 1/200 chance of appearing.

I believe it's a pretty rare line to get at any % or rank

yes but it's supposed to show starting from epic i believe... and yet i've never seen it epic -> legendary

I have not seen it yet. I've done approx 500 resets though so I don't think that's enough to be statistically accurate.
