Did the rising hero update remove it? Because i dont want to waste a vip hair cupon unless i get free lv up so i can use it in the future

I got the 46-50 free levels.
I received the 30-35 one. So I presume they're still there.
I think they just removed the 45-50 ones. Not 100% confirmed, but my friends told me they got to like 18-20 from tot and 58-60 yesterday.
