@bluebomber24: Ohhh, I see. I understand now. AP would be better DPM because of Carte.
Hold on, if the delay of AP is 1/2 that of MA, than isn't it the same amount of hits per second? MA hits twice and AP only hits once.
Potentially. I am assuming Blaster activates whatever that flying cared system you got going on, so I would probaly bet AB.

Blaster can mob...wheter it should be used on anything greater than 1 on Phantoms...I have no idea.

OT: Impressed with the activation/summon/deactivation of Blaster. Much better than I gave it credit for.
Yeah, it's 2x faster. 90 ms vs. 180 ms delay on Mille Aiguilles. Include the Turret's 153% damage, and it's much stronger.
Yeah thought so but at least you can move with mille, a bit slow but movement nonetheless.
phantom = Mille aiguilles.
I don't know where your going with this
Well arrow platter hits a lot faster and allows noir to proc twice as much. Can't remember if its 2x faster
than mille o.o Also the %dmg is pretty decent. Though I think people will still use mille still since it's a lot
more classier haha.
Arrow Platter is 12.5 arrows per second so that's a lot of carte noires with my 99% crit rate

I think the main reason why he is using Arrow platter is because it doesn't come with the stance effect that mille has. At bosses like Magnus for example, if you use Mille rather than a skill like Rapid fire - prepare to die, because you cannot avoid his attacks easy with mille (You cannot jump away right after you stop using mille). So at chaos vellum it makes sense using arrow platter, but not sure why they used it at Hilla (Might have to do with mille covering her Damage reflect animation).

i'd rather use the summon arrow platter with mille cause it's more fun, and fun>damage
