Happened to me. I got unbanned after six months and they gave me 100k Maplepoints as compensation.
@vein they won't even give my friend a valid reason for the ban. Saying they have proof he deserves the ban and give no reason whatsoever on why he got banned.
@damian2o9 yeah they said I was involved in activities that goes against their terms of services...

I got banned last week when I was training in FDH. I thought it could have been due to my kanna mule (who was holding down kishin), but the mule wasn't even banned. Submitted a ticket and they wouldn't even tell me why I was banned, claiming some nonsense about "proprietary information".
Probably just an overzealous GM.
