I'm looking for a guild with lots of active players in bera. So far I haven't found one.

Honestly the most active guild in the world.
Join Chadol. We accept new people as long as they're going to be in for long term. We're pretty new but we host everything a big guild does. We have our own website, blog, guild events, boss runs etc. Pms us in game or on here and apply!

Other active guilds only consist of nx hoes that will not speak to you unless you is 2m-2m range clean and will make dem richer.
And the select few that aren't like that, are afk 24/7.
Go for biackbean! I think they were 200/200 though.

and yeah my solution to that is just to make everyone jr but the guild leader likes having a tyrannical rule over it

Adamance had around 15 people online constantly, but when summer hit our activity dropped. We are currently rebuilding by removing people who have quit or are very inactive and recruiting people who play everyday, we are always looking for new people ^~^ Bossing, GPQ/CWKPQ's, and tons of other stuff. Allied with Bosshunter, Emnity, Giga, Blacklotus. So our alliance is pretty active as well (:
