co-operatively working together with your colleagues to achieve something. Achieving a goal with the help of your peers.

i don't think the work shared is necessarily equal. some team members might be assigned a smaller role than others, but that doesn't mean the task they are doing is less important.

When a group of people have a common goal and less than half of them actually help, and usually one does 50% of the work.

The work done by several associates with each doing a part but all subordinating personal prominence to the efficiency of the whole.
