lol thank you? tumblr seems like a cheap facebook.. to me or another twitter .. and DA are for true artist :B that wants to post their finished art not something just doodled (on some occasions only..)

^Personally I love the different layouts because (not only is it free--and there are thousands to choose from), it gives an idea about the person who is running the blog. And I'd rather have that than seeing the same green layout on DA. If you know HTML, you can set up a convenient tag system that works well (if not better) than DA's folders.

Plus their messaging system makes it easier for me to get into casual conversations with my followers and also to people I admire.

DA is obviously more streamlined in keeping track of notifications, but it can get a bit overwhelming sometimes, esp. when you're watching a lot of artists (and oh goodness, groups). But to each her own, and I'm cool with that.
