A primed one would probably be less than 1b more. The price of an item has no relation to how it was made.
6-7b, adding in 12-15 stars would cost extra 1-2b.
15% spell trace would probably be 5-6bil. Primed would likely be double that at least.
500-600mil per prime scroll + prots looks at ~800-900mil for just an attempt. Now do that 10 times minimum.
