Well in Scania, the average is:
Regular (Orange): About 10 Mil
Chaos (Purple): About 15 Mil
how much do they sell for?
They can also come from certain mining veins/nodes, the ones that are higher than the purple ones.
Also, as an occasional drop from Commerci bosses.
They're used to make Meister Cubes. They drop from bosses or those Elite 'bosses'.
