OT: all bosses are killable in a party of 5mil-5mil range people, maybe not oz since that's one of the bosses you have to solo, but majority of the bosses are kill able with people who lack 2mil-2mil range but their range still needs to be high up there.

That mechanic teleporting portal skill is so useful here. I always loved that skill.

But here's the thing. The amount of hp it has compared to other bosses vs the stats of the drops is off.
It's not really better than existing gears

by rough estimate it should be killable with a party 4 of [insert world's] greats who basically only hit cap damage.
sure it might take a decent amount of tries, but in a good run, yes you can kill this thing.
