I've had a lot of success with the Monster Park moustache-hoarding method. I definitely recommend it for acquiring Charm EXP.
{Link 9 and the jq link (I think link 6?) gives 30 charm each per run }x5
back when I needed charm, I did daily zak (czak if you can manage it), dojo (as many times as possible while collecting the emblems, monster park (coins), and kentaPQ... I think OrbisPQ also gives charms

Dojo. It might take somewhat longer then before because unleashed but whatever. And do monster park 3 times per day
pre-unleashed the best way to farm charm was to beat the first five stages of dojo and collect the emblems, then trade those for a yellow belt which gives I think 150 charm.
This method might be broken now because of the dojo changes but im not sure.
Monster Park - get mustache and equip it a bunch of times. Go zak wear the helms, Do Kenta's PQ for the goggles and charm for clearing it.
