If you enjoy games in any way, shape or form - yes. The game literally has 200+ hours of awesome content. And yet you still only have to pay as much for it as you pay for Call of Duty. Which is a 4-6hour game - tops.
So yes. It's an awesome game. It has inordinate amounts of incredible, open ended content. There's no reason not to. If you're gonna buy any game that uses guns...this is the one to buy hands down...it's the best value you're gonna find this year, with the possible exception of Fallout (which is slightly more niche than MGS5)

Yes. You need to experience the Phantom Pain.
Side ops might drive you nuts though since they're very repetitive.
if you in the past thought MGS2 3 or 4 cutscenes were WAYYYY to long then this game might be for you.
Phantom pain definitely has great gameplay but lacking story. I did enjoy the gameplay a lot
