0 to 2 for normal VL with spider, up to 3 during 2x (more than 30 runs so far)
0 to 2 for easy Ark with spider so far, even during 2x (more than 15 runs so far)
0 to 1 for normal Hilla with spider, even during 2x (more than 15 runs so far)
0 to 1 for easy Magnus with spider, never tired during 2x (roughly 8 times so far)
1 outta 4 for normal PB with spider so far, never tried during 2x

: my luck is messed up tho i can fail 4/4 60% scrols in a row

i was farming them only from killing her at her map in ellin forest, not with the murgoth pq at all

From my experience and what I read, Nexon had some great logic with this. The weaker the soul the harder it is to get. I killed over 50 Pianuses and got 4 shards (one of them was during 2x drop). I get Hilla shards from normal Hilla bout 1 - 2 shards per 2 runs but sometimes I can go a couple of days without getting a shard but then all of a sudden I get 2 - 3 shards in 2 runs. All of this is assuming you are going to use a spider or mutant ribbon pig familiar. I have seen smegas for people saying they kiilled over 30 spirit of rocks and no shards.

I've been getting 3shards from empress with around 4x drop + 165% drop gear,
Hard magnus also 3 shards with the same drop.
Hard hilla 2 with 2x wolf + 165% drop, sometimes (like 1/5) I get 1 instead.
Pink bean gives me 2-3 on wolf + dropgear
Von leon gives me 3 and ark gives me 2 most of the times, rarely do I get 1 or 3.

I get like 2-3 shards per Empress run.

I've just finished my 5th Shardless Normal Magnus run today.
2 of those were during x2. All were with a Greed Pendant + Mutant Ribbon Pig familiar.
Fought him every day since the event started and I believe I collected about 15 shards.

I should mention that Easy Magnus drops soul shards too. I've gotten 1 from the 6 I've ran during the course of the event.

I found all 10 during the first week in under an hour with Greed + Spider
The prequest to access her took longer than finding the shards.

cpb and Cygnus typically drop 2-3 on 2x+Greed.

Normal Ark/VL typically drop 0-2 on 1.6x+Greed. Ark tends to drop 2 more often than VL does. 0 is pretty uncommon.

I only do Hilla and Magnus on a regular basis so i can only talk about those two:
Hilla - at least one shard every two runs (HS drop + Greed pendant + Showdown + Pig Familiar)
Magnus - one shard every 3 runs (Greed pendant + Showdown + Pig Familiar)

i spend 2 hrs at ephina using 80% drop rate

Left with nothing

with 380% drop, ephenia took maybe a hundred kills to get ten for me

Event is over o-o but I usually get 2~3 shards on 2-3x drop

ive gotten one for each boss ive killed except one time 2 shards dropped. swag

most of them feel like 1/10 for minor bosses, major bosses, i.e. hilla, magnus, etc are like 1/1

well, they drop them ver very often, at least in my experciencie 7/10 anis drop them and 50% drop chance in hilla
