and stress balls. i need to order some more. i forgot how much those things helped me

I don't really get nervous anymore, but usually it would just make me get tense.

I usually hack a dart if I'm feeling nervous.

oh i have to [i]beg[/i] for mine. my psychiatrist does not like prescribing me drugs. he knows how addictive benzos are. you're smart smart.

Depends on what I'm nervous about. If it's speaking in front of a crowd, I don't get nervous anymore. If I'm dreading something, I'll constantly think about it/have a bad feeling in my stomach.
