Keyboard Problems, maybe a bug/glitch?
Fixed it.. my trackpad had some weird keypad lock that also messed with my mouse
just had to restore settings

Oh, well, that's what I'm pretty sure was happening to me, so I don't know then

I'm on a laptop with a separate mouse, and I don't believe that's what is going on... and I have tried restarting my computer.
Happens a lot to me on my laptop. I usually find that my hand is resting on the track pad.
When it happens on my PC, I just reposition my mouse, and it stops.
Restart your computer?
