Changes and Updates:

Back end modifications and updates will be made to the servers.
A fix has been applied for players that weren't able to obtain the Ancient Dragon Wing Scales from Chief Tatamo.
You can now skip the Riena Strait quest line cut scenes.
A fix has been applied to players that previously were disconnecting while playing through the Hayato tutorial.
You will now be able to skip the cut scene for Phantom's "The Lowdown" quest.

seriously/ who plays hayatos now why won't they fix the important stuff, how is this taking more than 3 hours?
