how would you spend 100 dollars
Im 16 and have 1000 dollars to blow. Im thinking about going sky diving but im not sure yet. Other options are getting a decent $1000 gaming pc or just spending it on clothes/shoes. Looking for any other ideas. And don't say "save it" because i don't want to.
How would you spend 1000 dollars?

Whatever you do, don't spend it on a materialistic thing.
Experiences (in this case skydiving) are always more worthwhile.
If you like music get some band t-shirts! Always fun. Good way to start conversations if you like metal...

I agree, I didn't personally buy it, but in 2008 I got a gold chain and it cost around $350/400 and now it's worth a lot more. I wear it everyday and wouldn't sell it under any circumstances though

Well I mean if your parents are rich enough to pay for it and you're fine living off of their income. Some people don't have that kind of luxury.
Save half, invest ten and spend the rest as I please.
I am scared of heights so skydiving so out of the question, I'd go on a cruise

why spend it on skydiving? sure, it'd be an experience you'd remember for a lifetime, but it's also something that once it's over, it's over. wait until you're making good money before you spend $1k on something like that. go for the gaming pc because you can use it whenever you want and will last a few years instead of a few hours.
Eh, I say if you're not sure what you actually want to spend it on and you're just spending it to spend it, then don't. Not saying save it, just spend it at a later date until you for sure know what you want to do with it. But if skydiving sounds fun to you then go for it. Always good to spend on something you'd enjoy. And keep in mind you don't have to spend it all in one place.
I would probably spend 1/4 on clothes, food, etc and the rest for my senior year and college.
Maybe spend the 500 for your good and the other 500 for investment.
Seriously man, tbh, 1000$ is pretty big. I think it's a bit stupid too spend all on diving or a computer.
Well, if I were you thats what I'll do. And with the 500 to spend, I will enjoy it with friends and nx ^^
