Do You Need Psok For Legendary God Ring
... just upon acquiring it or do you need to wear it and then use a PSOK? I ask because I plan on gifting someone a PSOK so they can make their ring tradeable, but I want to see it in some way first to make sure they're not getting a free PSOK from me. They've also asked for 8 billion mesos and ten Gachapon tickets.
My apologies for the typo in the title - I meant "lightning god ring."

Make him equip it so you can see the effect at least.

If it has been equipped before you will need a PSOK I believe.
Now, you can do a 4k NX so they can put up the ring for the 8b. Hopefully they trust you enough to not scam the remaining 10k NX for the gach tickets.
Ask them for a screenshot of the item in their inventory, and make sure it has no edits.

It is almost 99% a scam. if they would really like to sell the ring, it is almost guaranteed they would have it PSoK'ed so they can show it to other people. And for him to hav that ring, he has to be some super strong player. And strong players should have no problem getting those 400mil for the scissor. (1:100 ratio)
Just leave that guys. he is not worth your time.
I'm going to ask him to equip it first.

I would too, but no one wants to sell me a Lightning God Ring for 9 billion, which is all I have except for the NX.
