any use for decent speed infusion

do we really need this?

It is somewhat useful for mobility skills as well. Mercedes can get actually completely ignore the animation movement of lightning edge by using another skill. I know bowmen have some mobility too but don't know if it's affected similarly

Probably useful for classes with a hurricane skill that can't move while attacking at cvellum or mag.

Speed infusion does not increase the hits per second of hurricane or wild arrow blaster. It does, however, increase the start up delay.

idk about other skills but it's not extremely noticable w/ ishtar
also large increases in attack speed make skill chaining extremely unpleasant e.g. rune of swiftness so dSI isn't that beneficial

I'm not sure how the other classes benefit from it, but it's nice for a Marksman where your main attack is incredibly slow. Should be even nicer after the revamp today.
