21% pdr neb vs 25% boss neb
Like the title stated.
I am considering one of the two for my secondary weapon and was wondering
which is better in the long run pre/post RED?

Also 20% boss neb is about 700mil-1bil cheaper then 25% boss neb.
Does the 5% really make that big of a difference?

It depends on which boss monsters you're thinking of killing :o

u should add boss and total damage from all skills. but from the sounds of it, you should go with boss %

@Nikeball123 : I understand that, bowmasters already get a decent source of PDR. He didn't state any stats, so I gave him a reference, to either gain PDR or %Boss damage based on his current PDR.

I know you said that. But 100% from 10 sources of 10% is quite different from 3 sources adding up to 100%.

It's impossible to get "100%" PDR, unless you mean the additive number shown in the stats window. In this case, if the 100% is made from a variety of low % items, it wouldn't be as effective as 40% lines adding up to 100%.
I say the rule of thumb should be 100% or greater PDR go for boss, Under 40% PDR? Get PDR.
That 5% would depend on how much % Boss Damage, % Total Damage, and % Reinforce Damage sources you have to know the difference.
The short answer is, it depends. Fortunately, RED does not change our PDR or bossing so that won't matter.
Boss nebs are [i]probably[/i] better in your situation but it depends on your current gear.
Depends-> for lower levels Bossing wouldn't help.
