For Night lords with attack speed +1, does it make a difference without SI and Green pot? Or do I need SI and Green pot to break "cap"?

@althazir: crimson queen's soul is a 2 minute buff with variability.
25% chance of casting +1attack speed which breaks the soft cap.
25% chance of casting +40?(could be wrong on this number)att/matt
25% chance of casting lifesteal
25% chance of casting +max hp

You will need MPE pot or BT speed card or rune of swiftness or queen soul speed buff to break the soft cap of (2).
it does go beyond 0 speed.
