Should I give this to Nexon?

I have not played Maplestory in a while but here is what I got in my email on the ticket I sent. I was hacked way back 7-9 months ago and they finally responded with something like this.
Has this ever happened to you?

The thing I dont' get about the photo ID is what if a hacker could just send their photo ID? I mean hackers aren't known public faced by Nexon.

You have two choices:
1- Comply with their request to prove your identity and continue to play Maplestory.
2- Don't comply with their request to prove your identity and never use that account again.
It's your choice.
It's their game, they make the rules, they decide who can play and how you need to prove your identity.
@Genostigma Anyone can come up with his e-mail and security question answers. They're called "hackers".
Only HE can provide a photo of his ID.

Why would he give that information out in the first place when Nexon doesn't ask you that to start playing their games? Providing Nexon with that sensitive info isn't going to resolve who's account it really is, the only way to do that is through verifying it with the email and security questions.
Report him to official site, he shouldn't even be doing that

Security tip: NEVER give your Pic or password to anyone for any reason.
Unless it's your irl info. Then you can knock yourself out.

Actually I'm on that ticket in the official website and I noticed that it is really that moderator that sent it.
ms isn't worth it
i falsed my pasport and sent it and it worked. they released my account after that.
Check the link and sender information and make sure 100% its maplestory.
If its not then don't send any of it.
If it is then DON'T SEND ANY OF IT cuz Nexon should never ask that information from you.
So this is how people are getting hacked... its was NEXON
