Questions about Basilmarket Blogs

I recently found out that basilmarket had a blogging system at some point in the past. I also found out that you can still submit blogs, since I did (I didn't actually write a blog, I just pressed the button out of curiosity).
But what exactly happens to blogs? I've never seen a blog section on basilmarket, maybe it went away before I joined. Could basilers used to submit blogs to be viewed on the website?

I know this is a useless question. I'm just curious.

@Segumisama:
Lol, the links to his blog is on the frontpage... It can be found in a matter of seconds, much faster than google.

This is what you are looking for: (the thing is that the links are not visible, you have to view the source code to see them)
http://www.basilmarket.com/submit/blog
http://www.basilmarket.com/show/blog/184/0/State_of_the_Game_4_The_Haves_and_the_HaveNots.html State of the Game 4: The Haves and the Have-Nots
http://www.basilmarket.com/show/blog/158/0/GMS_Issue_81_HOT_vs_NOT.html GMS Issue 81: HOT! vs NOT!
http://www.basilmarket.com/show/blog/156/0/State_of_the_Game_3_I_love_you_NX_I_hate_you_NX.html State of the Game 3: I love you NX, I hate you NX.

http://www.basilmarket.com/show/blog/1/0/State_of_the_Game_1_Nexons_Witchs_Belt_Debacle.html State of the Game 1: Nexon's Witch's Belt Debacle

EDIT:
Wrote a python script that looks for blogposts and print the links to all existing posts.

Here is the source code if you wanna play around with it: http://pastebin.com/rQBR0rZc

EDIT2:
Finished runnig the script and all it found was 5 posts, the ones I posted above.

Ah, so it is a remnant of Profil3. Profil3 was already gone by the time I joined basilmarket, so I didn't know.

@DrHye and @Segumisama - Yeah, its not accessible unless you know the link. I was looking at basil's source code to see a real life example, since I'm taking a web coding class right now. I just happened to see a section of code that had been turned into a comment (so that it won't show up on the page), and I saw Mr.Basil's blogs and the submit blog page. I wish I had known you were looking for his blogs earlier, I have the links to all of them from the source code.

Another fun fact is that the coding for the header sticky of kruimel0's Big Bang Guide was never removed.

It was back when Basil was linked to Profil3.

If you wrote a blog there, it would appear under your name when you post here.

No longer works.
@Quickjumper7: I don't think you can even get to that page without having the actual link. It doesn't seem to be accessible from the header, unless I missed it
you're right. I've been searching for a way to see mrb's past blogs forever. I bet I could if I had the titles of them...

and as far as I know, MrB was the only one who could/ever submitted them... or maybe those were the only ones i saw on the front page.

edit: aha. I got 'em by google searching " site:www.basilmarket.com blog "

You have to sift through the pages of "OMG SPADOWS BLOG IS GONE?" first, though -_-

editedit: are there really only 4 of them? sad.
I think the only blogs on basil were mrbasil's blog, called "state of the game" or something like that. I dunno, I never read any of them.

I don't think you could submit a blog though...so where did you see such a button? xD
