Scrolling simulator, graphing outcome of scrolls. [header]Hello![/header] Recently I finished a small project, a scrolling simulator. I've been interested in the outcome of multiple scrolling events, that's the main reason as to why I created this. [header]How it works[/header] The program uses the binomial distrubution to calculate the probability for each event. The binomial distrubution can be written as Bin(n,p) where n is the number of scrolls used and p is the success rate of the scrolls that is used on the item. Basically, what the program calculates is P(X <= k) - P(X <= K-1) = P(X = k) and X belongs to Bin(n, p). This calculation is made for each event.
