Awesome Metropolitan Transit Authority dude
Today in the afternoon as kids were going home from school, an incident occurred in the subway system that caused massive delays. D, N, and R trains got screwed over. In Atlantic Avenue, a major transfer station in New York City, a D train is just standing in the station. I was like, "yes I caught the train!" Then I found out D is being delayed. In my whole life I never hear an explanation for any delay. This causes me to hate Metropolitan Transit Authority, the subway company. But the train employee on this particular D train is unique. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HAPPENED. So there is debris four stations away, at 25 street. He said, "They have not told us when we can move." He is referring to Metropolitan Transit Authority. AND THEN HE SUGGESTED WHAT WE COULD DO. He gave advice for people going to the east and south part of Brooklyn. He is the first employee to go out of his way to give advice and tell us what is happening. The fact that he refers to the company he works for as "they" suggests a lack of loyalty to Metropolitan Transit Authority. I have a feeling this is the last employee I will ever encounter that TELLS US THE REASON FOR DELAY and GIVES ADVICE TO RIDERS. A hated company has hired an awesome employee. Thank you for reading this. It's like I witnessed a miracle that will never happen again.

@ChildCrusade: Been there, totally believe you.
@roarpenguin: I just walk along the bus's route and often I arrive at my destination before the bus does, if I am still there to see it.

Oh man don't get me started on the waiting time for bus.
the delays made me really late to school
So tl;dr ...a metropolitan transit employee actually did his job? ...Interesting.

As a New Yorker, yeah that's pretty rare, but there are actually some MTA employees who actually help the customers.
You and TS should stop trolling. There is no effing way MTA has capability of hiring competent people.
