@DrPebble: been almost 3 years. 70 cap is about 2-3 months old now.
DN was the only Nexon game I actually enjoyed and still have mostly fond memories of. It wasn't pay2win, I never felt like I was limited as a free player, and I cleared most dungeons (early ones; I didn't play long enough to hit endgame content) just fine on my own, which was good since there were never a lot of people online -- at least, not when I played.
Perhaps that was the only con. But really, it says enough about the game that I could still enjoy it solo. It was genuinely fun. Be a Tinkerer. I had a blast with it, and nearly got addicted to another nexon game in the process.
I only play it once in a while, but when I do, it's pretty fun. It's just the instanced fighting that brother me >.<
Dragon Nest is pretty fun.
Its fun but I hate the crappy graphics, couldnt deal with it. I wish there were a highest setting
dragon nest is fun but the social aspects are severely lacking, as well as content to be able to effectively clear once you reach the end of the leveling process (This may be different since this release of the level 70 cap)
@Wanton yo whats your ign anyway?
play mabinogi lol
dragon nest i have tons of original ign's i can sell you
Dragon Nest isn't so hard until later, but it has great action and is really fun. But I don't play it much, because it sometimes gets old. It's not as social, and there isn't so much more to do other than fight in dungeons.
DragonNest is extremely fun end cap ( max level)
The boss runs just give you a really good reaction time work out. Like someone said the end game bosses can easily kill you if you make a mistake.
Same goes for if someone makes a mistake it either whipes the party or serious hurts them.
Though its mostly a chore unless you have friends who you meet in the game.
requires alot of learning and has a extreme learning curve at 70 cap boss runs.

I love the graphics for Dragon Nest and the controls. I'd still be playing it if it wasn't dungeon based. It has very limited roaming, not like maplestory or mabinogi where you can free roam around the world. There's just like main towns you can stay in, and little small maps that lead to dungeons. So if you like that sorta thing then I guess its cool lol. But I stopped playing after about a week only cus I felt really limited to the world. If you like a game that's adventurous..I wouldn't recommend Dragon Nest
It was quite fun for me, especially since you actually have to dodge enemy attacks.
Fun, flashy, fast and folorful.
For story I highly recommend going the tinkerer route. It's story is actually different, and much more interesting, than the other duds.
Other recommendations: Don't play much games anymore so got nothing .
Have fun.
