Nope. The time limit thing is from the item lock, and there are eye acc attack scrolls.

that is when the item lock expires, meaning the item can be dropped or moved on the 30th December this year

If I had a 30% mainstat item I wouldn't take the risk of a hacker getting into my acc and drop-deleting my perfected goggles..

they are 5 atk, its like the 5th line down (stupid basil wont let me type in korean)
and looks don't affect us on KMS as we can trade nx that hasn't been equiped and glasses cost 30mil max.
also don't hate because i am an UA buccaneer (KMS goes infighter -> buccaneer -> viper) clearly i have a normal marauder on GMS. you wouldn't know it was UA if it didn't have the hat, which just happens to be better then a zhelm. 18 dex, i needed dex to equip stuff as im dexless.
And Kenta's goggles can be traded in KMS, it says so under all the stats above the potential, it says "item can be traded once with the use of Trade Name Tag" although it clearly looks like he wants the item because he 6month locked it.

those goggles belong to the strongest mercedes in the game - his range is higher than the 685k one's - selfbuffed, that is.
he's already level 200, and is pretty much using the account for funding his other characters, I assume.
the goggles are pretty sexy, nonetheless.
